Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Germany using our premium shipping partners UPS and DHL Express. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after receipt of payment.

  1. Prices and shipping costs

All orders over €150 are shipped free of charge

Germany

UPS: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €5

DHL Express: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €20

  1. Delivery Times

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days

Germany:

UPS: Delivery time is approx. 2 - 3 business days 

DHL Express: Delivery time is approx. 24 hours

For products made to customer specifications (bespoke orders), the delivery time is at least 21 days. We will inform and update you about shipping times via email.

Please note: All information regarding product availability, shipping, and delivery times is provided in good faith and represents estimated values only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information does not constitute a binding commitment regarding delivery dates or times. Should any product ordered by you become unavailable during order processing, we will inform you without undue delay. Any payments received for unavailable products will be refunded promptly. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected part of the order and refund any payments already received for that item. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

DHL Express On Demand Delivery Options (ODD)

Our shipping partner, DHL Express, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.

Once your order has left us and is with DHL Express, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Here’s a few options you can select to customise your delivery:

Schedule Your Delivery

If your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit, you have the option to select another date.

Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.

Signature Release

If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, Brunati Como and DHL Express cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Leave With Neighbour

Request for your order to be left with your neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, Brunati Como and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
