At Brunati Como, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and are confident that you will love the items you have purchased from us. If, however, you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Please complete and include our return form with your return shipment to help us process your return efficiently. The return form can be found on the reverse side of your invoice or downloaded from the Returns section of our website below. Alternatively, please ensure that your return contains sufficient information to identify your order, such as your order number, full name, and email address. Returns that cannot be identified may be subject to processing delays.
Please return your purchase in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging included. Once received, all returned items will be inspected. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, odors, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be subject to a reduction of the refund amount or may not qualify for a full refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds are issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

- All information regarding product availability, shipping, and delivery times is provided in good faith and represents estimated values only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information does not constitute a binding commitment regarding delivery dates or times.
- Should any product ordered by you become unavailable during order processing, we will notify you without undue delay. Any payments received for unavailable products will be refunded promptly.
- Shipping charges are handled in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
- Where an order originally qualified for free shipping and a partial return reduces the retained order value below the applicable free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from the refund amount.
- Custom-made, personalised, or bespoke products manufactured according to individual customer specifications are not eligible for return or refund.
