Return or replacement of items
At Brunati Como we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and are sure you’ll fall in love with the items you’ve purchased from us.
If, however, you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return the unused item/s in their original condition to us within 14 days after receiving the order to get a refund. In this case, please fill out our return form completely. You can find the return form on the rear page of the invoice or for download under our return section on our website. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn. Please send your purchase back in its original and unused condition. The invoice amount will be reimbursed to the payment method that has been used for the original order.
As soon as we have received the returned item/s, we will refund you for your order within 2 business days. The customer bears the costs of return himself.

Please note: All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery of a product are anticipated and estimated values only. These values do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and times, except where these are expressly stated as binding as part of the shipping options for the relevant product. We will inform you in a separate email should any of the products ordered by you be found unavailable during order processing. You will be informed immediately of any delays in the delivery. A contract regarding unavailable goods shall be deemed void. We reserve the right not to deliver where ordered goods are unavailable. We will inform you in that circumstance immediately and will refund any payments received immediately.
We do not refund sale items. Items purchased during sale are not eligible for a refund.
International returns from outside the EU must be clearly indicated as "return of goods" on any customs declaration form. The original invoice must be present in the returned package. If this is not followed any customs fees and brokerage charges required to return the order to us must be paid by the customer. We will not accept to pay any customs duties on behalf of the customer. We do not accept customs bond shipments (bonded shipments).
We do not refund shipping costs. If free shipping for an order was granted and after a (total or partial) return the final order value will be below the free shipping amount (currently 150€/150$) we will deduct normal shipping costs to the customers location from the paid out return amount.
