You can return your purchase within 14 days upon receipt and send the items back to us. In this case, please fill out our return form completely. You can find the return form on the rear page of the invoice or for download under our return section on our website. We do not accept items that have been worn or washed. Please send your purchase back in its original and unused condition. The invoice amount will be reimbursed to the payment method that has been used for making the order.

The customer bears the costs for a return himself.
The parcel has to be trackable. Please make sure that you get a tracking link/number from your shipping provider. If a returned package does not arrive we will not assume liability for a loss caused by the shipping provider.
We would like all our customers to receive highest quality products. If you received a faulty article, we are sorry for that. Please send an email with a photo and a description of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we do not accept an exchange. Please be so kind and return your goods and place a new order.
It may happen that we are not able to send all items of an order in one package. Please check your shipping confirmation email to see if all your ordered items are listed or if some items are delivered separately. On your invoice you will find a note about a partial delivery. The missing items will be sent to you as soon as possible.
We are very sorry if there happened a mistake while we were packing your order and you have received an incorrect item. Please send an email to email@example.com. Our customer service will take care and organize reshipment for the false item.
