Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to New Zealand. Our premium shipment partners are UPS and DHL Express. We will ship goods within about 24-48 hours of order receipt/payment.

  1. Prices and shipping costs

New Zealand 

All orders over NZ$255 are shipped free of charge

UPS: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of NZ$25

DHL Express: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of NZ$34

In case of international delivery further taxes (e.g. intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs) may sometimes apply (depending on the respective country), which are payable by the customer. If you have any questions our customer care team will assist you any time.

  1. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11 a.m. (Central European Time) are usually shipped the same day.

New Zealand

UPS: Delivery time is approx. 3 - 10 business days

DHL Express: Delivery time is approx. 2 - 4 business days

For products made to customer specifications (bespoke orders), the delivery time is at least 21 days. We will inform and update you about shipping times via email.

Please note: All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery of a product are anticipated and estimated values only. These values do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and times, except where these are expressly stated as binding as part of the shipping options for the relevant product. We will inform you in a separate email should any of the products ordered by you be found unavailable during order processing. You will be informed immediately of any delays in the delivery. A contract regarding unavailable goods shall be deemed void. We reserve the right not to deliver where ordered goods are unavailable. We will inform you in that circumstance immediately and will refund any payments received.
