We deliver our products worldwide. Our worldwide premium shipment partners are UPS and DHL Express. We will ship goods within about 24-48 hours of order receipt/payment.

1. Prices and shipping costs

All orders over €150/$150 are shipped free of charge

Europe

UPS: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €10

DHL Express: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €20

International / Worldwide / UK

UPS: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €15/$15

DHL Express: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €20/$20

In case of international delivery further taxes (e.g. intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs) may sometimes apply (depending on the respective country), which are payable by the customer. If you have any questions our customer care team will assist you any time.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days

Europe:

UPS: Delivery time is approx. 2 - 5 business days 

DHL Express: Delivery time is approx. 1 - 2 business days

International:

UPS: Delivery time is approx. 3 - 10 business days

DHL Express: Delivery time is approx. 1 - 3 business days

For products made to customer specifications (bespoke orders), the delivery time is at least 21 days. We will inform and update you about shipping times via email.

Please note: All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery of a product are anticipated and estimated values only. These values do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and times, except where these are expressly stated as binding as part of the shipping options for the relevant product. We will inform you in a separate email should any of the products ordered by you be found unavailable during order processing. You will be informed immediately of any delays in the delivery. A contract regarding unavailable goods shall be deemed void. We reserve the right not to deliver where ordered goods are unavailable. We will inform you in that circumstance immediately and will refund any payments received.

DHL Express On Demand Delivery Options (ODD)

Our shipping partner, DHL Express, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.

Once your order has left us and is with DHL Express, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Here’s a few options you can select to customise your delivery:

Schedule Your Delivery

If your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit, you have the option to select another date.

Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.

Signature Release

If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, Brunati Como and DHL Express cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Leave With Neighbour

Request for your order to be left with your neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, Brunati Como and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
