Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to Japan. Our premium shipping partner is UPS. We will ship goods within about 24-48 hours of order receipt/payment.

  1. Prices and shipping costs

All orders over 45.000 JPY are shipped free of charge

UPS Express Saver: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of 4.500 JPY

In case of international delivery further taxes (e.g. intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs) may sometimes apply (depending on the respective country), which are payable by the customer. If you have any questions our customer care team will assist you any time.

  1. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11 a.m. (Central European Time) are usually shipped the same day.

Japan:

UPS Express Saver: Delivery time is approx. 2 - 4 business days

For products made to customer specifications (bespoke orders), the delivery time is at least 21 days. We will inform and update you about shipping times via email.

Please note: All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery of a product are anticipated and estimated values only. These values do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and times, except where these are expressly stated as binding as part of the shipping options for the relevant product. We will inform you in a separate email should any of the products ordered by you be found unavailable during order processing. You will be informed immediately of any delays in the delivery. A contract regarding unavailable goods shall be deemed void. We reserve the right not to deliver where ordered goods are unavailable. We will inform you in that circumstance immediately and will refund any payments received.

UPS Delivery Options

Our shipping partner UPS may contact you via email or SMS regarding your delivery. Depending on your location, UPS may offer options such as rescheduling delivery, redirecting the package to a UPS Access Point, or authorizing delivery without a signature.

Please note that if you authorize delivery without a signature, Brunati Como cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the shipment has been delivered.
