Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to Italy. Our premium shipment partners are UPS and DHL Express. We will ship goods within about 24-48 hours of order receipt/payment.

  1. Prices and shipping costs

All orders over €150 are shipped free of charge

Italy

UPS: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €10

DHL Express: Shipping costs are standardized for the customer in the amount of €20

  1. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11 a.m. (Central European Time) are usually shipped the same day.

Italy

UPS: Delivery time is approx. 2 - 5 business days 

DHL Express: Delivery time is approx. 1 - 2 business days

For products made to customer specifications (bespoke orders), the delivery time is at least 21 days. We will inform and update you about shipping times via email.
