1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below or submit your withdrawal request using the Withdrawal Request form available on this page. The use of either form is optional. Any clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods and completed an inspection of their condition. Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected to verify that they are unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials where applicable. If the returned goods show signs of wear, use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, damage, staining, odors, alterations, missing components, or any other diminution in value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly, as permitted by applicable law. Any reimbursement due will be processed without undue delay following completion of the inspection. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

This includes, without limitation, bespoke ties and other custom-made products manufactured according to individual customer requirements.
