Our Ancient Madder Silk tie is made in a threefold construction with a perfectly balanced interlining allowing a perfect tie knot that is not bulky. Fully handmade in Italy from the best skilled artisans it is selftipped having the blade tips closed with the same fabric used for making the tie.
About this tie
The ancient madder silk for this tie comes from one of the last mills located in Macclesfield, England, the home of English silk printing. Only a handful very specialized mills can be found that still produce this incomparable screen printed silk. A piece that will never go out of fashion with a strong heritage in the manufacturing process.
